What COVID protocols are in place for Summer 2021?


In accordance with University of Pennsylvania and City of Philadelphia Public Health Guidance and to promote the safest possible camp atmosphere, the following protocols are in place for this summer’s camps. This information is subject to change pending evolving guidance from the City and University.

All campers, coaches, and staff will be required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth throughout their participation in camp. Neck gaiters and bandanas will not be permitted.

Camp Cohorts will be limited to groups of 30 including coaches.

All campers will complete daily symptom attestation process during check in process via online University symptom attestation system.

All Penn coaches and staff will be required to enroll and participate in University surveillance testing protocols.

I’ve registered! What forms do I need to fill out?


Once you have registered online please email a copy of camper’s current immunization record to pennfbcamp@gmail.com .All other health form requirements are included in the online registration process.

Will other colleges be represented at each camp date?


Yes! Coaches from across the region and country will assist with our camps. Visiting colleges will be continually updated on the main page of our website.

What do I need to bring/wear to the camp?


*Masks covering nose and mouth will be required throughout camp. No gaiters, or bandanas will be permitted.

POSITION ONE DAY CAMPS: All campers should bring cleats, sneakers, t-shirt, shorts, and sunscreen.

KICKING ONE DAY CAMPS: All campers should bring cleats and sneakers, t-shirt, shorts and sunscreen.

No other football equipment (helmets, shoulder pads) are necessary to bring to camp.

I am a Kicker/Punter/Longsnapper! Which camp dates can I register for?


All specialist positions should register for the "Specialist Camp" sessions on June 26 or July 10.

Where is the Ray Priore Football Camp held?

All camp sessions are held at the athletic facilities of The University of Pennsylvania; including Franklin Field and Penn Park.

The GPS address for camp registration and check in held at Franklin Field - 235 S. 33rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Can I register for more than one camp session?

You are welcome to register for as many sessions as you like. If you compete as a specialist (Kicker/Punter/Long Snapper), in addition to another position, you may opt to attend multiple sessions as well. Most players find that one session is perfect for their summer schedule constraints.

When does camp registration close? Can I walk up?

Online registration for camp will close at 11:30pm the night before each camp date. Walk up registrations cannot be accepted.

What if I need to transfer my camp registration date?

Should you need to transfer your camp session registration, please email pennfbcamp@gmail.com and include the camper's name, original session date, and new requested date. Please make your transfer requests at least 48 hours prior to original camp date registration.

Are parents allowed to watch camp?

As of 5/20/21, Yes! Parents will be permitted to stay and watch. When interacting with others outdoors, masks will be required. When sitting distanced from others, masks will not be required.

Can parents eat lunch with campers?

Unfortunately, parents will not be able to join for lunch at camp this year. Players will receive a lunch included in their camp fee.

REFUND/DATE TRANSFER POLICIES AND DEADLINES:

ALL RAY PRIORE FOOTBALL CAMPS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY. NO

REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER RESPECTIVE DEADLINES FOR CAMPERS WHO BECOME INJURED, SICK, HAVE TRANSPORTATION ISSUES, ETC. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE CAMPERS WHO WISH TO TRANSFER CAMP SESSIONS IN THE EVENT OF UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

IN THE EVENT OF A TRANSFERRED CAMP SESSION, YOUR REFUND POLICY WILL APPLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL CAMP DATE.

You may request a change of camp date to another session within 48 hours of your camp date. Refund dates and policies are based upon your initial camp registration date.

NO CREDITS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO 2022 CAMP DATES.

Camp Dates June 25, 26, 27, 28: Refund requests prior to June 18th will be processed, minus $55 processing fee ($100 Refunded). No refunds can be provided after June 18th.

Camp Dates July 7, 8, 9, 10, 11: Refund requests prior to June 30th will be processed, minus $55 processing fee ($100 Refunded). No refunds can be provided after June 30th.
